Nirvana Trekking have put together an itinerary of Yoga, Meditation and learning Buddhist Philosophy at a retreat centre in Pokhara, Nepal.  The setting of the centre is spectacular, overlooking Fewa Lake and the World Peace Stupa and monastery beyond on the other side of the lake.  Behind the retreat is the fabulous backdrop of the Himalayas, the Annapurna mountain range and famous "Fishtail" mountain.  The whole tour takes up 14 days with 3 days in Kathmandu, 2 days at Thrangu Buddhist Monastery at Namo Buddha, again in a fabulous setting overlooking the Himalayas about 2 hours drive from Kathmandu.
